UNEP helps in to coordinate and supervise the environmental activities and makes sure that such policies  and practices are developed that comply with our planet’s sustainability. It deals with many threats and issues regarding the atmosphere, terrestrial and marine ecosystems, etc. The development of guidelines and treaties on topics of air pollution and contamination of international waters are specially overseen by UNEP. Its mission is to encourage nations and the people to work and improve on their quality of life for a better future for all.
